Eligibility for Refund: To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Non-returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments or accessories may not be returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. Final sale items, if any, are clearly marked and cannot be refunded.
